Return Policy

Return and Exchange Policy:

 

- An original invoice is required for all returns, exchanges, and warranty services.

- Consumers have 14 days from the purchase date to return or exchange products and receive a refund.

- Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, with all accessories, and in original packaging, suitable for resale.

- Customized items cannot be returned or refunded.

- Products that are defective, malfunctioning, or non-compliant with Kuwait’s standards can be returned or exchanged.

- If the product cannot be replaced, a refund will be issued according to the sale invoice, using the same payment method.

- Consumers retain the right to return or exchange products even if they were purchased on sale, with the refund based on the invoice price.

 

Non-returnable or non-exchangeable conditions:

  1. If the consumer was informed of the defect and accepted the product as-is, or if it was the last available item and marked on the invoice.
  2. If the product’s condition, packaging, or specifications prevent it from being returned or resold.
  3. If the product has been misused, damaged, or incorrectly installed by the consumer.
  4. If the product cannot be resold due to damage or missing components.
  5. Customized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

International Exchanges and Refunds:

- Customers must return items to Kuwait at their own expense, including customs duties.
